Add custom widgets
SutiTalk allows Companies to add custom widgets like Feedback, Search Topic to their website. These widgets allow them to view all the activity happening on SutiTalk directly on their website.
Customers can privately post topics for Representatives to reply. Topics privately posted can be only be answered by the respective Representative.
Notifications will be sent to Customers when topic they posted is been replied or commented by Company Representatives or other Customers. Notifications will also be sent for tasks you select in the account settings.
SutiTalk can even be hosted on your domain i.e. Customers need not have to go to the actual website; they can access SutiTalk directly from their website.
Solution Articles relating to products posted by the Company Representatives can be viewed in SutiTalk.
Company Representatives/Customers can view different statistics for a Product in the form of charts and export them as a PDF/Excel report.
Customers can rate Ideas posted in SutiTalk. Ratings help in deciding about implementation timelines for the Idea, priority for answering, which in turn help in improvising the product.
Companies can easily customize the GUI,email notifications of their helpdesk in SutiTalk according to their needs.
Users can post topics anonymously (without displaying their details) from the Feedback widget.
Create tags for already posted topics to easily identify them later.
